Outbound clicks

When you follow a provider link we store a random click ID, provider, plan, originating page path and time. We do not store your IP address, name, email or license number with it.

Correction reports

If you submit a correction we store the page, your message and, only if you choose to give one, a reply address. These are visible only to authorized editors.

Tools

The renewal checklist is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us. The cost calculator and compact explorer run entirely in your browser.

Analytics

The site uses the built-in visitor analytics provided by its hosting platform, Lovable. It gives us aggregate reports such as pages viewed, traffic sources, device types and visitor countries. We use these reports only in aggregate to see which pages are useful. For the platform's own data handling, see Lovable's privacy policy.

No additional analytics service (such as Google Analytics) is enabled. If one is added later, it will run only after you consent. We never send license numbers or personal details to analytics.
